good morning, sunshine.

i had to wake up early this morning,

which never is on the list of my favorite things to do.

i took a shower in the dark,

before i even put my contacts in,

without any music playing..

because i didn't truly want to wake up!

i could already tell today was going to be lame,

just because i was already a grouch.

however;

when i got out of the shower,

the sun was coming up

and it was SO beautiful!

the Lord truly never ceases to amaze me.

as i stepped on the balcony

to take that picture,

it was absolutely freezing.

it made me realize

i truly am blessed beyond belief.

now that i've had that smack in the face

and got to see the most amazing sunrise,

today will be a good day.
